# Tourial Forms

Most often forms are used as a lead generation mechanism so that your buyers can opt to share their contact information with your business for demo requests, more information, event signups, etc.

To create a Tourial form, simply click the "Forms" tab in your account (pictured below).

You can then configure the form fields and style of your form to reflect the information you're trying to capture and the form's look and feel (pictured below).

If you are integrated with a marketing automation platform and connecting your forms for lead capture, please refer to the integrations page on the left for specific form setups.

If you are not using a marketing automation integration but still wish to collect lead information, you can enter an email address for lead info to be submitted to (pictured below)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.navless.ai/admin-and-settings/tourial-forms.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
